Booking Conditions:
All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. NO payment is required at reservation. You will be advised of the payment due date (which is normally four days prior to your check in date) in our confirmation email. Payment can be made by credit card ( Visa, Master Card and Amex). Reservation confirmed will automatically be released if payment is not received at the due date.
Guest can check-in with passport or if required, we can send "check-in voucher" to guest by fax.

Cancellations:
There will be no cancellation charge (except for a 5% cancellation refund processing charge) if booking is cancelled 5 working days before the check-in date (except otherwise stated in our confirmation email). One room night charge plus 5.5% refund processing charge will be levied if cancellation notice is received within 5 working days (except otherwise stated in our confirmation email) prior to check in date. No show will be charged 100% of the total payment. No refund will also be made for any unused portion of the Package.
