For your convenience on arrival at Singapore Changi Airport or Budget Terminal, we provide 30 minutes airport transfers to all hotels in Singapore.

For departure transfer, there is a scheduled pick up time from hotel to airport, please ensure that you contact us to get the departure pick up time one day before departure date.

Hop on our convenient door-to-door service from your hotel to Universal Studios Singapore. This shuttle will take you to the basement level below the entrance of Universal Studios.


Kindly note: Traveling time from the first hotel to Universal Studios Singapore is approximately 1 hour and subject to traffic condition vice versa.

There are 4 to 6 hotels stops in each transfer service to Universal Studios and vice versa.

Tickets Collection and procedure

  • Kindly present your Universal Studios Singapore Redemption Voucher at Resorts World Sentosa, Asiatravel.com Kiosk No. 9 Location (***basement coach bay level 1 ) to exchange your Admission tickets.
  • Weekday and Weekend 1-Day Pass Tickets are valid for 2 months from selected tour date but strictly NOT valid on the *Black-Out Dates.
  • Weekday 1-Day Pass Tickets are valid for weekday only (Monday to Friday excluding *Black-Out Dates).
  • Weekend 1-Day Pass Tickets are valid for weekend only (Saturday and Sunday excluding *Black-Out Dates).
  • *Black-Out Dates 1-Day Pass Tickets are dated and are strictly valid only on selected tour date. 
  • *Black-Out Dates for year 2010: May-1st,2nd / Aug-7th,8th,9th /
    Sept-10th,11th,12th / Nov-5th,6th,7th / Dec-24th,25th,26th,31th
  • Lead travelling party holding the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/Passport for this exchange. 
  • There will be no refund for unused admission ticket, Bus transfer or any other added benefits either in part or full.
  • All printed tickets are non-transferable
  • Loss of ticket will be solely under the full responsibility of the passenger. 
  • Admission to Universal Studios Singapore includes all attractions and entertainment offerings. However, some special events may require a separate ticket
  • Park admission is valid for an entire day. If you need to leave the park, please get a handstamp at the exit.

  • Operating time for Universal Studios Singapore are from 1000hrs – 1900hrs (Sun - Thur) and 1000hrs - 2100hrs (Fri - Sat).
  • Hollywood Boulevard will be opened until 9pm on every Friday and Saturday. Retail shops and dining outlets in the zone will be opened for guests to enjoy. However, the rest of the parks regular rides and shows will NOT be available during these extended hours.
  • Operating hours for ticket redemption at the Koisk are from 0900hrs to 1730hrs (Mon - Sun)
    ***Universal Studios Singapore is offering complimentary dining and shopping vouchers worth S$10 for every ticket purchased and travel between 1 July 2010 to 30 July 2010.
