Cancellation Policy :

1. If cancellation is notified to us by fax or email 3 working days before the tour date or earlier, full refund less 5.5% (being credit card processing fee) will be paid back to you.
2. If cancellation is notified to us less than 3 working days before the tour date, no refund will be made.
   
3. If cancellation is notified to us on the very day of the tour date, we shall treat this case as "No-Show" in which no refund will be made.
