The Harbour Plaza was selected for the prestigious award through a survey of the magazine high profile readers which include chief executives, presidents of nations, cabinet members and world leaders. Editors from the magazine visited all of the hotels to ensure that they were published in Jan/Feb/Mar' 98 issue.
