From Juanda International Airport, proceed along Jalan Juanda until you reach Jalan Ahmad Yani. Continue straight ahead along Jalan Ahmad Yani until you reach the Joyoboyo bus terminal and the Surabaya Zoo. Turn in to Jalan Raya Darmo. The Mercure Surabaya is on the left hand side, past the Darmo Hospital.
