Emirates Towers
offers an exciting selection of dining options available throughout
the hotel and in the adjoining Emirates Towers Boulevard. 
oh!cajun
To the left of the hotel lobby on the ground floor is the vibrant
and contemporary oh!cajun, specialising in Cajun cuisine served in
a deeply stylish setting.
Guests can enjoy drinks in the adjoining bar which features a large
and dramatic artwork, inspired by the Mardi Gras, which was produced
by Polish artist, Danka Jaworska.
From the bar, guests enter through an oversized pivot hinge door that
leads to the main restaurant. Dark wood flooring, blue and white mosaic
tiled pillars, a black and white decorative theme and two, equally
dramatic Jaworska artworks, set the scene for Cajun and Creole specialties.
Mosaico
A bright and airy Mediterranean-style restaurant overlooking the pool
area, Mosaico serves an extensive breakfast and lunch buffet.
In the evening, the restaurant takes on a trendy Italian theme featuring
an a la carte menu prepared by the restaurant's two Italian chefs.
Mosaico features the largest mosaic tiled floor in the Middle East
-comprising 2.5 million tiles imported from the Chengdu province in
China.
Vu's - Views From The Fiftieth Making the most of its elevated position,

is a stylish and intimate restaurant located on the fiftieth floor
of Emirates Towers Hotel.
Spectacular views over the city, combined with superb French and Italian
Riviera style cuisine, are sure to make this one of the most popular
restaurants in Dubai.
A spiral staircase links Vu's with a sky-high bar - a uniquely stylish
setting situated some 218 metres above ground level.
Emirates
Towers Scarlett's One of three restaurants and three coffee shops
located within the Emirates Towers Boulevard, Scarlett's is a large
and lively American theme restaurant that derives its name from the
American Deep South.
Covering an area of 1,200 square metres and located over two floors,
Scarlett's specialises in wholesome home cooking from the American
South.

The Agency The Emirates Towers Boulevard is the setting for The Agency,
a stylish and trendy meeting place located on the ground floor. Serving
a selection of tapas prepared by the Spanish chef and offering a choice
of 50 different drinks sold by the glass, The Agency is the ideal
venue for casual gatherings.
Japanese - ET-Sushi, Harry Ghatto's Located within the Emirates Towers
Boulevard, the Japanese restaurant combines three distinctive themes
that offer guests a unique choice of traditional and

modern Japanese dining options: Located on the ground floor of the
Emirates Towers Boulevard, ET Sushi is a fun and fast Sushi restaurant
featuring a conveyor belt service.
Adjacent
to Harry Ghatto's and with its own dedicated reception, is an elegant
Japanese restaurant that features a series of intimate private dining
areas set amongst a pillar-lined galley.
Clad
in black granite mosaic tiling, with distinctive Japanese script,
the restaurant includes three Teppanyaki tables and two Tatami rooms.
