Changi Airport Arrival Procedures:
Arrival at Terminal 1, Terminal 3 or Budget Terminal - After arrival and customs clearance, please proceed to Changi Airport Terminal 2 Asiatravel.com Airport Counter (in front of belt 32 exit area after customs clearance of Terminal 2) and present arrival transfer voucher to the our staff at the counter.
*For Budget Terminal, you can proceed to airport shuttle service driveway and take the free shuttle service to Terminal 2.
*Terms and Conditions
1. Free Arrival Airport Transfer + Free Hippo River Cruise Tour will be given for 2 pax for reserving Twin/Double room, and 3 pax for Triple room.
2. Once hotel accommodation is confirmed, reservation for airport transfer must be made at least 48hrs prior to arrival in Singapore to be entitled to the Free Arrival Airport Transfer + Free Hippo River Cruise Tour.
3. Free Arrival Airport Transfer + Free Hippo River Cruise Tour are not applicable to arrival between 2300 hours to 0700 hours Singapore time.
4. Luggage allowance - 1 luggage and 1 hand-carry bag per passenger. Extra luggage is chargeable as below: S$2.00 for excess luggage and S$4.00 for bulky luggage (e.g. boxes, golf-set, electronics items etc.) Please pay to driver.
5. *Maximum waiting time is 1 hour from the arrival time of your flight. Should you exceed the maximum 1 hour waiting time. There will be no replacement for your arrival transfer.
6. Free Arrival Airport Transfer + Free Hippo River Cruise Tour are only applicable to new bookings made and not applicable to existing reservations made with Asiatravel.
7. It is guest's responsibility to ensure that once booking is confirmed, he/she has to book the arrival airport transfer using the banner and complete the form accordingly.
