The front room staff are very rude and not helpful. I have stayed at the hotel with my partner for over 3 times. This time when I went their they totally refused to accept her health card as an identification. Every time we have stayed there before it was taken as valid. I had to really convince to finally get them to agree. Else would have been on the streets at 9pm looking for another hotel.
