FAI: is the Thai word for fire and this is a place that can definitely ignite your passions. Set within the serene and opulent gardens of The Palace – The Old Town, FAI is a welcoming, chic and vibrant cocktail lounge. Sit up indoors or spread yourself on one of the elegant, comfortable sofas. Better still, take your ease on the stunning outside verandah that offers unparalleled views of The Dubai Fountain and lake and the immense, tapering tower of Burj Khalifa In look and feel, FAI artfully combines Asian architecture with some highly contemporary touches. For good music, great cocktails and a vibrant, elegant atmosphere, FAI is the place to be. Encircled by water, enlivened by fire. Open daily from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Offers indulgence in a truly palatial Arabian atmosphere with breathtaking panorama of the lake and The Dubai Fountain and stunning views over the world’s most spectacular destination. Asado Restaurant
Asado, the lively Argentinean Grill, serves premium meat cuts prepared in Asado Criollo-style on an open Parrilla grill in the centre of the restaurant. Featuring an a la carte menu, and a set menu offering the best options of Argentinean cuisine as well as the largest collection of Argentinean beverages in the Middle-East, the restaurant also provides live entertainment. Ewaan Restaurant
The Arabian all-day dining restaurant Ewaan evokes a truly regional theme evident in the regal arches and wooden trellis. The setting is of vivid Arabia making of Ewaan the most perfect venue for a traditional Oriental experience, brought forth by its luxurious drapery and flamboyant accessories. Arabic and Oriental dishes are served from live cooking stations and buffet along with coffee and shisha on the outdoor terrace. Ewaan also accommodates traditional private dining alcoves for a little seclusion. Ewaan is open from 6am to 12 midnight.

Thiptara Restaurant
Overlooking The Dubai Fountain and the Burj Lake, Thiptara offers the finest Thai delicacies in an exceptional location facing Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Thiptara, meaning ‘Magic at the Water,” further builds on its name with its waterfront al fresco dining out experience. To cater for couples who wish to complete the relaxing experience together, The Spa provides a private suite. Located in the centre of the city, The Spa is easily accessible and provides views of the tranquil Burj Khalifa Lake.
