Great location, 5mins walk to Kata beach. Nice view from room balcony. Rooms are very clean except for occasional appearance of harmless ants. That was swiftly taken care of by room service after we raised our concern to reception. Wonderful service and I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

Everything is good except elevator had been broken for months. Its ok for me but will be difficult for elderly people

We were there for 2 nights last Feb 24-26. Very satisfied with our stay.

only 2 front office staffs were friendly and helpful. housekeeping did a fantastic job!

Nice Design with waterfall ^^ Pool Acess is very good :) Air-conditioner is cool , good ^^ The bed is comfortable :) So funny by golf-car to our room ^^

Eventhough the hotel was doing some uplifing to prepare for the coming peak season in Oct, we experience excellent service. We love the room & the view. We had a queen bed, single bed & an extra bed in the room. The Jacuzzi in the balcony is perfect for the family. Wide selection of breakfast! Will come back again & will also want to try out the other hotels under the same group.

Hotel - Check in is hassle free and fast, staff is friendly. Room - Perfect for honeymooners We booked the Grand pool access room which is really very grand and lovely. Love the super huge bathtub and the pool access. Can't get sick of the view from the pool. PLUS point, LCD TV, free wifi access, super big room. With the price we paid, we both feel the hotel is really value for money. Hotel is not beach front, however, it took about 5mins walk to kata beach. A lot of restaurants and shops ard hotel so is pretty convenient for us.

A very nice place to stay in Phuket for a price as such. The view from the hotel overlooks Kata. Got a free upgrade to one with a pool beside the room. However, the place is literally on a hillside. Other than that, the location is very near the beach and very near to eateries.

Very big hotel on hillside. Long ways and a lot of steps. Nice swimming pools. Not far from beach.

A beautiful resort sets on the hills along Kata Beach. The drop off pools are great for relaxation. This resort might not be suitably convenient for people who cannot walk on moderate slopes.

Was there as early as 1130am and i thought i wouldnt be granted early check-in and have decided to leave my stuff at thw baggage. However, to my pleasant surprise i got checked-in. Got a free upgrade to grand pool access room. It's like a private pool for 2 rooms. The only bad point was that my room was located on the first level and lots of people will be walking past. Housekeeping was prompt on requested things and there's free dvd rental and internet access just at lobby. Breakfast's not the same everyday but not really that fantastic. If u prefer a quieter beach/town, kata beach will be good. Its less quiet as compared to patong beach. All in all, suger palm grand hillside is a really nice hotel. Love the toilet especially. Just that walking up the slope to get to hotel is a little tiring. But overall its a nice experience staying there. Will stay there again when im back to kata beach.

The hotel staff are friendly and polite all the time even when I requested to change to another room.

Greeted with friendly staffs upon check in. Room was extremely tidy and clean. Good view of the sea, nice swimming pool. Free internet services and the breakfast was good. the hotel staffs were ready anytime.

Its a good place to stay in Kata, Phuket. Hotel is built on the slope of the hill giving its visitors great view of kata beach town. So its quite different from other hotels in town. The service is good. Few rooms has got the access to pools from balcony which is the big attraction. If are you are on a holiday trip to relax n enjoy then this is the place to stay if its meeting your price range.
