We got a promotion and the rooms are upgraded from standard to deluxe foc. We were at big surprise at the moment we stepped into the room. It was the most spacious rooms we ever had, with big class door to the balcony facing the garden. My friends and my family enjoyed the stay very much till we would just like to stay and relax in the room for the whole day. The location is superb, near to the beach as well as the shopping centers. It is so close to the busy night street but surprisingly it is so quiet at the room. Overall the whole stay is great and we will definetely visit them again.

good location and friendly service. Has tour agent in the hotel itself and quite reasonable and reliable compared to those outside and along the streets. Has a good dinning facility on the roof top, beautiful sunset view.

Positive points: the 2 swimming pools, perfect to swim, and the rooms of the third wing with flatscreen TV. Negative points: no Internet in the rooms and no direct calls possible from the room.

Good value for money hotel in a quiet, central location. The rooms were very clean, service good and the breakfast excellent. on the downside if you like to watch TV in the evening the channel selection is very limited. Reception is not the most efficient when checking in or out. Also be prepared to pay, the unusual amount of THB53 for use of your room safe box.

We had a non-refurbished standard room on the first floor which was a bit shabby (dirty carpet, old). However, our friends had a standard refurbished room on the ground floor which was much better! Hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change rooms. Good breakfast except for the coffee which was awful! Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great location! If we wanted to stay on Patong Beach again I would book here again with my family.

Is very well located in Patong beach, however can improve many things like: move to card keys for the rooms (they haven't). Disliked me than I was asked to daily fee to get a key to use the room's safety box, come on this the XXI century.

Stayed 5 nights with wife and kids. Clean rooms, courteous staff, decent breakfast. But the location was the real treat. Very close to the beach. Excellent eating venues all around. And great shopping, better than Bangkok! Good value for money.
