Excellent services, very nice location as it is closed to anywhere. Really enjoy to stay here for 2 night. This hotel has two main buildings consist lakeside view rooms and seaview rooms. The only matter is the reception is only in building with the seaview rooms. So, we feel less convenient when check in & check out as we stay in the lakeside view room that quite far from the reception. It will be better if the hotel have 2 receptions in two different building.

Comfortable, fantastic location, clean and good service. Only issue we had with this hotel was the breakfast menu. There were limited options only. Compared to other 5* hotels this has a very limited option.
