The Small Krabi 4 stars

A simple boutique hotel..I can't ask for more for what I paid. But it is a modern & simple hotel at Ao Nang. Have all the basic amenities. Highly recommended to those who don't want to spend so much on hotel but at the same time, want a decent hotel for their holiday at Krabi.

Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Pleasant and polite staff. We love our Pool Access Room.

As would the name suggests: SMALL. But, still packs in all the nicecities anyone on a budget requires. Booked a pool access room, my boy simply loves it. Room's decently sized for my small family of 2adult & a 6YO boy. PROS: wifi access, friendly staff, away from the busiest stretch & yet 1o min walk away, authentic Thai street food vendor just further across the street. CONS: B'Fast not for fussies. Pool a tad too cold. Besides that, enjoyable experience over all...

Good personalise service. No hassle, though they don't speak English well but they kind of helpful. Location is perfect, not noisy but near the Aonang shopping area.

On my last trip to Krabi, I was transferred to The Small due to a small problem at La Playa. I enjoyed my stay so much that for this trip, I booked my room at The Small for this trip and most probably for all other trips in the future. The staff is simply marvelous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect. The Small is everything I would like a hotel to be.

The Small Krabi is very good in terms of location, room and quality. Not forgetting services that they provide like free rental of DVDs and internet. The only setback was, my hot water handle was broken. From the day I checked in till the day I checked, it was not fixed. Everyday I informed the reception to such an extent that I gave them the broken handle. Every time I informed them about the hot water situation, the first reply I got from the receptionist is "You broke it." I was like WHAT. So it was not fixed. I did not want to pursue the matter and spoil my holiday. So I just got to bear bathing with cold water every morning. Well, that's it. The hotel is itself is good. The room is spacious, clean, mini-bar, DVD player. All I can say about the room is fantastic. The staff will do their very best to make your stay is comfortable. They even planned and made the booking arrangement for my shuttle to the airport. I had no other complaints about the service beside the hot water issue.

The entire experience with The Small Krabi is satisfactory. Nice, clean room (esp room 1010) with great private pool. I would definitely return if I am given room 1010 again. Service was prompt and well mannered. I do appreciate the helpful front desk staffs in accommodating my needs during my stay.
