We choose Lotus pang suan kaew because the promotion on the booking side Asia Travel dot com was too good to resist. For less than 100 bucks SGD you get a automatic complimentary upgrade from superior to Deluxe and also one way complimentary airport pickup to hotel provided by the hotel. The deluxe room is spacious, room were always clean up when we returned daily and provided with fresh towels. However not everyones will accept the condition of the room as LPSK hotel is a old hotel and honestly the owner may considerate a upgrade or renovate the tired looking property. Location is perfect for us as it is just next to a big shopping mall with food courts and restaurant. We choose the hotel as per our budget and the location and we also have a comfortable 6 nights stayed in the clean and spacious room. Will be back that for sure. Final advise to all traveller, paid and choose what you get. Be fair with your review as some travelers expectation did not match what they paid

A very nice hotel however 1 evening in the lobby we saw a Rat running for the bushes. We never saw it again and suppose it was a one off. We have stayed her on numerous occasions and will be back next time we are in Chaing Mai.

Courteous staff; great location; stunning lobby; breakfasts were okay. I thought I have Delux room reservation; needed to bring copy to counter but not have hair dryer, slipper, robe, fresh fruit, no coffee maker in room. Disappointed.

Good location with convenient accessibility to shopping and eateries (Kad Suan Kaew). Easy to get public transport near the hotel. Room is clean with nice doi suthep view. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Good!
