The Imm hotel's central location at Taphae gate is convenient. There are many bars and restaurants at Taphae road. The rooms are big and clean. Free wifi and free parking is also available. Good value for money.

Great location ...clean rooms ... Variety of food outlets around with McDonald fast food just below !! Pubs and clubs just walking distance... And next to Sunday walking street !! The only disadvantage is without lifts or elevators.

The location of the Hotel is good since it's opposite the Thapae Gate (Sunday Market)and also easy to find a food shops especially Mc Donald which is located on G Floor of the Hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff are kind and helpful and attentive to us when we arrived early in the morning. they gave us a room by 10am as promised. Cheers and good breakfast too. Maybe just need to expand breakfast tables.

- great location - fast check in and check out - mine was upgraded to deluxe - staff was helpful and friendly - however, toilet was small and a bit dark and some smell from drainage

Was suitably impressed on viewing the room. Good TV, comfortable beds. All new and very clean. Would stay here again. No elevators so would not recommend for people with disablities unless staying on ground floor.
