Location wise very conveniënt (for me) because I just wanna be NeXT to THE night bazaar, which was only 50 meters away from THE hotel. Breakfast was good, enough choice either for as ais as westerners... THE hotel is also accessable for disables! NO FREE WI FI all over THE building... Only with à voucher, which was way overprized!!! Better to go to à coffee house, just around THE corner... Front office staff were not friendly at all... And this in Thailand... Can you imagine...?!? Me not!!! Rooms are spacey enough, but very dark.. THE lightning was very very poor... Some people need to work in hotelrooms, like I do!!! THE whole builing needs à refurbishment. It all looks dark and old! Seems like THE Windows never been cleaned... Id rather Hi Es' this hotel 3 stars instead of THE given 4 stars and that only because of THE location... Otherwise would rather classify this as à 2 stars!! Would only come back to THE Centara if THE Meridien is fully booked...

I like the location of the hotel opposite to a grocery shop was helpful. When check in room was empty of any kind of towels. Called them and it was there but little bet lazy to provide, had to speak to the room service lady on the floor who was cleaning other rooms at that time. Breakfast was full with Chinese and Indian food but not that much international food. Loved the room view ask for mountain view.

The Cenrara Duantawan Chiangmai hotel is very convenient location with reasonably clean and value for money. Buffet breakfast quality is quite good, overall stay experience is great!

I have been to this hotel many times using all rooms from sup to exec club. All are great value for money and the inclusion of the extra lift will keep those waiting for a moment or so to be happy. Way better than the Imp May Ping for the money. :-)

Everything and services was good and excellent, except for the lift, that was very slow. I think they are building another lift. The rooms are clean and big, but the air-con need some servicing as it is not powerful and take a long time to cool the room. Overall the service and attitude of the staff are excellent and make our stay very cheerful and happy.

Great location, but the hotel is a bit run down, need renovation. Need long time to wait for lifts, the lifts are always full of people. Overall, is still quite value for money.

Fantastic Location, great service by all staff. Rooms are big and are well furnished. Walk out the front of hotel and you have the Night markets and a variety of shopping centres. Great for Families. Big pool and the best Gym I have seen in Asia.

The Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai is perfect in any way, very good housekeeping, spotless rooms and a very good buffet-restaurant, being in Chiang Mai this is my favorite hotel situated next to the famous night market is an extra!

A very convenient hotel, walking distance from the night markets but very quiet and relaxing. The rooms (we were upgraded to a deluxe room) were large and comfortable with complementary water and fruits. Some of the furniture could do with some repair. Overall a very good hotel.
