Windsor Suites Hotel 4 stars

Hotel was very nice, staff is very good and hotel is in excellent location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Windsor Suites. The pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The rooms were more than accomodating.

Actualy it was good hotel

The suites was great value for money. Mine was spacious and quiet, however I did ask for a corner suite which always helps. Staff were very accomodating and didn't flinch at my request. Right on the BST and subway, and the middle of restaurants, bars and shopping. Great bunch of cheap and delicious street restaurants around the block.

Enjoyed the stay at windsor suites during my two days stay on 5th Jan 2010 and 6th Jan 2010. As the superior rooms are available, upon request, the hotel management is kind enough to updgrade it to us superior room with no extra cost. Very good service to the customers.

This hotel is moderate and value for money.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Windsor Suites. Although I was not interested in getting out and about on this trip I found all the necessities I required either in the Hotel or nearby. Access to the BTS was a big plus as it gives one a chance to get to the main areas of the city with a minimum of trauma.

This hotel represents very good value for the money paid. Suites were roomy although a little dated in furniture. It was a comfortable stay for the time I was in Bangkok.

I stayed in a Grand Deluxe room for about 10 days in Nov. 2009. It had been renovated, and had some Pergo-like imitation wood floor, which was comfortable to walk on. There used to be TVs in both the bedroom and dayroom, but the dayroom does not have one anymore. The bedroom is big, with one wall all-glass. The beds are comfortable and firm. The non-digital TV has BBC, Aussie, German, Italian, and Chinese News, plus Star movies. I liked the room, the hotel and the other restaurants on Soi 20 very much. The Skytrain at Asoke, is only 5 minutes or so away. The breakfast, however, had some problems - instant mash potato is not a breakfast food and was served on several mornings. Also, bacon would have been far preferable to ham. These are small complaints, however, and overall the hotel is a very comfortable, very good deal. I expect to stay there again.

Very welcoming service at the reception desk, the young man, whose name I have now forgotten, was employee of the month, and I can understand why - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very quiet (most important) comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was beginning to show its age, but perfectly adequate. Breakfast 'spread' was immense, but, I can never understand why most 4 star hotels in Bangkok fail to serve bacon when they are advertising an American or English breakfast??? One of the most important ingredients of Breakfast, not a thin, wet piece of ham or a tinned sausage!! Anyway, that said, it is the only complaint I have of Windsor suites and I would stay again.

The hotel was very good with very helpful staffs.
