Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok 4 stars

The room is age and the carpet smell. First time ever stay in a hotel whereby the bathroom has no phone. The welcome fruits the bananas are due and not fresh. Is a bit out of the way there's nothing around the hotel is exciting. I have use travel Asia for a while and this is the first time I had a bad experience. The staff are very quiet only when you ask then you get response.

Great and clean Hotel. Very near to MBK and Chinatown area. But not many taxi driver know how to get to the Hotel.

Location and facility are good. But extremely expensive Wifi connection, THB 150 / hour, which is not acceptable, and disappointed.

Fine 4 star to super price.

The room we got was spacious with 2 double beds and the bathroom was clean. The TV cable just had limited channels and there's no free wifi, which we had in other hotels. While the buffet breakfast was your average breakfast fare. It was near enough the malls ( MBK, Siam Square etc. ) for a 30-50 baht ride at the tuk-tuk. Just beware of tuk-tuk drivers wanting to bring you to their "sponsor" seafood restaurant or jewelry shop, tell them to bring you straight away to where you want to go. It was also walking distance to Bo Bae St, a wholesale market where we bought great shirts & clothes for a fraction of the cost in the malls. Overall we like the location and value for money of Twin Towers and will book again when we're in Bangkok.

Good value for money and very near Bangkok's shopping

The hotel is near the shopping centers , and easy for going and come within short time, also from the hotel can manage all outing without calling other against for tourism , hotel staff are friendly and much helpful to the guest, room are very well maintained , clean and comfortable. I been to this hotel more than six times and I will keep staying to it each time I visit Bangkok.

value for money

Recommend to stay in the newer tower as the rooms are newer and more amenities. We stayed at Twin Tower whenever we visit Bangkok. We like the spacious room, however need to improve on the daily breakfast. Overall value for money.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room was clean. Overall very good.

The place is very good. Located at a good location. The breakfast was good.

Nice hotel with a great location. As the swimmingpool is between the two towers, this hotel is not suitable for sun seakers (most of the day shadow). Breakfast is good, even for the kids. If you want to go somewhere, please ask the employee outside the main entrance (not the taxi-limo service). They will arrange a meter taxi and will tell the driver were you like to go to. Although safety deposite boxes are common in almost every hotel room around the world, the standard rooms in the Twin Towers do not have one.

We stay at Twin Towers almost every year, and we still find it very comfortable and convenient, though getting a bit old, but still well mantained and charming. Next year we will spend our time in Bangkok booking again at this hotel.

i cannot remember what was the staff name at the reception, its a tall slim guy who helped my sister who was staying in room 1065 who checked in last Saturday 21 August. My sister boyfriend dropped his mobile phone in the cab and your very helpful staff actually helped to call the taxi station and the kind taxi driver actually returned back his mobile phone... THUMBS up for your staff who helped.

Well it a pleasant hotel . Which , the location is not far from town and intersting area. The staff are very helpful though I'm not requestting for lot of things. The room is spaces and th rate is affordable.

It was a very pleasant stay in your hotel, we enjoied our vacation very much ,still I would like to suggest soften pillows and blankets.

Excellent hotel not very far from Hualangphom railway station, very friendly staff. The only weak point was the breakfast - the "Western style" part might be improved.

The twin towers was a very good hotel I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.I was not that happy with being charged extra for using the gym thou.I also thought that the breakfast could have had a bigger variety of fruit with yogurt but breakfast was still ok .Would stay again .

I should say it is just a "Ok" hotel given the price that I have paid for a 4 star hotel. Its located about 10 to 15 mins walk from MBK and BTS station. No problem about getting a cab or tuk tuk. The staff are friendly and rooms is just ok. The downside is swimming pool is too small, to use the hotel gym we still have to pay 200 bat and the breakfast at gold teak did not have much variety. Overall not a bad experience staying at Twin Tower given the price i had paid.

Im a regular customer. Staff are friendly. I would to compliment esp.the staff at the conseige who wears black jacket one in the morning and one in the night both are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thats why when I visit Bangkok I will choose this hotel.

Twin Towers has a big room, clean, comfortable. I booked for 3 nights, and I enjoyed well.

Hotel is good,spacious room,and clean.

It was a real value for money hotel. We spent a net of 4000 bhat for 3 days and 3 nights of stay. Inclusive of buffet breakfast.

-Location is ok for those who don't mind walking cos the nearest BTS train (National Stadium station) is about 15mins walk and MBK is about 18mins walk (along the main road). -Far from Pratunam market/ Suan Lum Market/ Chatuchak Market/ Patpong Market (not walkable, travel either by skytrain/tuktuk/taxi) -Definitely value for money esp. with the great buffet breakfast/swimming pool and big room. -Room service for the muslim good was very good!!! -Non-smoking room at level 7 at the righthand side tower is good/other rooms at other levels quite bad esp. the carpets and bed headboards. -Staff at fron desk every friendly.

An excellent stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the amenities. Good value for money because of the third night free stay.

Everything is better than what the average tourist expects of a place just to sleep in. All sorts of food available. The whole place is spacious.

Overall, it was a good experience! Friendly staffs and prompt room service. The only problem was many taxi drivers do not know the location of the hotel even with the help of map and address in Thai language. Also, it is about 20 min walk to BTS and MBK, I would say it is not the best location hotel to stay if you are there to shop.

We like the hotel, service was good, only the location was a bit outside the main shopping area, but taxi departing from hotel was no problem, but we had some problem getting taxi to the hotel, some driver do not know the location. We enjoy our stay and breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice. We love the spacious rooms. The use of super single beds were just excellent and my boys love them.
