Currently under construction but eventually headed to become a four star hotel. Good value if your dont object to walking and in a neighbourhood filled with the usual local eateries ranging from Thai to Italian.

Fabulous value for money if you don't mind a pink tub and faint construction noise. The room is impeccably clean and is the perfect base from which to explore Sukumvit between Asoke and Phrom Pong skytrain stops. There are numerous boutiques, cafes, restaurants to be discovered on the ten-fifteen minute walk to either skytrain station. If you need a gym, room service or want to be right on the skytrain/in AC there are better options for you but I have extended my stay to two weeks and could not be happier with my choice!
