Pathumwan Princess Hotel 4 stars

Very convenient location -- connected to MBK and then the sky-train. walk up the flyover and you'll be connected to more malls. Easy to find good restaurants and shops. And well served by various means of transport. Nice room: spacious and has been re-decorated. Quite contemporary in outlook. Have all the facilities, including a reasonably good in-house spa

The hotel location is excellent with the shopping mall. My daughter of 11 years likes the room bet much. It is spacious for her running around. The people at the hotel is friendly and helpful especially the bell men. I would definitely go there when I visit Bangkok.

We love it and always stay there if possible and will do so in the future and recommend to others. As I am a gold card member I expected more benefits for the privilege, like free Breakfast and free use of the business center computers. This is the same kind of service I get in another hotel I got two years ago, the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati, Philippines. Otherwise all else is excellent and centrally located which makes shopping and moving around very easy.

We were upgraded to a suit. Our ratings on the left hand side will indicate how happy we are.

Our second stay at this hotel and as usual service was excellent and the staff courteous and friendly. Could not do enough for you. Would return any time and recommend to others.

Pathumwan Princess is a great hotel in many aspects. However, they need to improve the quality of their beds and pillows. They are too soft and uncomfortable; we spent some nights tossing in bed and unable to sleep.

PERFECT is the word that I can think of.

Excellent hotel and very convenient. The charges for internet access appear to be excessive given the actual cost. They could do better than this. Also wireless access is not avialable in rooms - only in lounge areas.

It was very good value for money because the hotel had a very special April 2010 offer due to the red shirts protest in Bangkok. Great location, connected to MBK shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staffs. Overall we had a good stay there.

As I have stayed there previously what more can I say else I would not be staying there again. Excellent hotel location in the heart of the shopping belt. As it was quite centrally located it was easy access to most of the amenities like shopping, eating, transportation. As we were there during my son's birthday they provided a reasonable size cake for him. Well if I'm in Bangkok again needless to say where will be my hotel.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in Bangkok. It is all within a walking distance to most of the shopping centers, and very convenient to catch the BTS. The room was very clean with good facilities, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. However I feel that there is still room for improvement for their breakfast in terms of taste and variety. Nevertheless, I would definitely book this hotel again for my future trips.

It is a very nice hotel with professional and prompt service. It has been very nicely refurbished too...

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and courteous. The newly decorated room was spacious and stylish. The eigth floor pool complex was a suprising delight and the gym and spa were excellent. Best of all was the high quality of the food notably at the pool -side restaurant.

Hotel is great!, the rooms, the staffs and service. Its now 1 of my favourite hotel.

Recently renovated, the hotel got a much needed face lift. Its excellent location alone is money well spent. Stayed at the newly renovated room..modern design, very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.

This would have to be my all-time favourite hotel! I have reccomended it to all my friends and fellow travellers and they agree too. For anyone who loves to shop, staying at this hotel is definitely a must - it is attached to the six storey MBK Center (the best shopping mall in Bangkok!).

Simply great! Very convenient - near BTS statoin and major shopping malls but the traffics around this area is a nightmare especially in the morning and evening. The hotel fitness center and pool is one of the best in Bangkok. Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was not that great, almost the same spread everyday.

Hotel was everything we hoped for. Refurbished rooms were clean and spacious. We felt safe and the service staff was most efficient. Breakfast was a very good spread. One of the better breakfasts I have come across. Pool was quite decent, wished I had more time to use it. Location is great - MBK Food court was cheap, clean and good. Pad Thai, beefball noodles, Oyster Omelette, Mango Sticky Rice and Shark's Fin was so good that we kept going back for more. Really good deal (Triple Night Promotion).

The best hotel so far. We love everything about the hotel. Near shopping centre and everything you need and want in Bkk. Just a shot walk(MBK, SiamCentre, SiamDiscovery, Paragon). Staff were very good and friendly. Breakfast and Dinner was fantastic. Rooms were very clean and good size.(we booked for 2(connect)rooms) Thank you for looking after us.

2nd time I have stayed there and of course very happy once again. This time we got a great room on the 2nd top level with a wonderful view, although spent more time in the shopping centre.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff friendly.Rooms recently refurbished and new. Our room on 29th floor has a fantastic view. More like a 4 1/2 star hotel. Definitely a plus compared to the other hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended.
