Overall I am very happy and without any complain for the hotel. I will be staying there during my next visit. All the staffs their are so friendly and helpful.I have make a right choice.

It has a very good location. beside fashion mall. we stayed in executive floor. that's why service is good and personalized, we have our own buffet area overlooking the city with free flowing of drinks the whole stay and free cocktail drinks between 5-7pm.Staff's are accommodating, attentive and friendly. Definitely will stay again here and bring my kids along since they have kids corner.

Thumbs up! Fantastic will go back there again! Very helpful concierge ... They Negotiated with taxi driver to get best rate for us! Work in d best interest for guests! Really nice of them! Suites room is beautiful and big! Not expensive and get to enjoy lounge F&B. Platinum shopping just downstairs, so convenient! But BTS n MRT a bit far!

It's the second time I have stayed at Novotel Bangkok Platinum. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed. Conveniently situated just beside Platinum Mall, this hotel is a good place for travellers who wish to shop till they drop! Staff are very friendly and polite. Awesome swimming pool + steam room.
