Citin Pratunam 4 stars

Free wifi but inaccessible.

This is my 2nd time staying with Citin. If you are looking for cheap no frills accommodation, this is the place to go. It is smack right in Pratunam and you can have food and shopping right at your doorstep. The only thing is that the cab drivers may not know the place so you can direct them to Baiyoke sky which walking distance to the hotel. The only qualm I have is that the bed is a little too hard other than that it is perfect!

Nice hotel in center of pratunam. small room. perfect for one or two nights. close to shopping areas. only bad thing, no room service. do not take breakfast if you not vegetarian.

Generally, Citin Pratunam is of the following: - of walkable distance to Pratunam market/ Shibuya19 / Platinum Fashion shopping mall. - varieties of Thai street food available outside the hotel that link to the main road to Pratunam market (morning/evening) - free 30mins Tuktuk service to main road which I didn't get to utilized - reasonable price for Thai massage/foot massage offered by Citin Pratunam - Tuktuk/cab service from Pratunam market to MBK/ Siam centre are of reasonable pricing All in all, personally I like the comfortable feeling that I rendered from Citin Pratunam. It's like a immediate step into comfort (because of the essential oil smell) from the busy Bangkok life. Well done, Citin Pratunam. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

great, excellent customer service. enjoy our entire stay. great location. simply going to stay at this hotel again. to Mr surin sirisaekson we enjoyed our little talk with you during our visit we will however take that tour the next time we check at Citin Hotel. lots of happy memories. next visit will be in march 2012. RECEPTION DESK STAFF HELPFUL

Situated just next to the Pratunam market. Lots of local food and convenient stores just by the doorstep. Hotel is not easily found as it's inside a small lane with hawkers on both side.

This hotel is surprisingly quiet in such a noisy neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again when in Bangkok.

had a comfortable stay. staff was nice and accomodating. great value for money hotel. im not vegetarian but i enjoyed their vegan breakfast.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. But the road towards the hotels is a bit narrow.

We had a clean and quite room only a litle bit small. Outside of hotel many food seller so it is easy for us to get some food but the street so narrow that taxi difficult to come inside the hotel.

free wifi and clean room. thumbs up for service. location not really gd but for the price you pay is consider okay.

To provide non-vegetarian food for dine-in food in hotel.

The hotel is in one of the small lanes in Pratunam area and taxi driver was not able to locate it till he called the hotel for directions. But it is conveniently located near Platinum Mall and there is street market from morning till nite. Street food is always available around the corner. The hotel is new and clean, and overall a good choice for a short shopping trip.

LOCATION OF HOTEL IS FANTASTIC - SHOPPING. MANY LOCAL DELIGHTS TO TRY - HOTEL ROOMS IS CLEAN BUT A BIT SMALL-BREAKFAST IS GOOD - WILL GO BACK AGAIN.

The hotel room was pretty decent, although it was a little small. I was given a room on the 2nd floor but it was rather quiet and there were not much disturbances. The location was a little inconvenient as it was located right at the end of a street and many cab-drivers refused to drive in. However, they had a free tuk-tuk service which was a plus point. Overall, it is value for money!!

Awsome... Nice place and I like the room so much.

Overall this hotel is value for money but the room is too small and they only serve vegetarian food. Taxi driver does not know the location and also the shuttle service never takes you to major shopping centre as describe, they only bring you to front of Amari Watergate and nearest BTS station.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very accommodating especially Surin the hotel manager at Citin Pratunam. We were able to check-in early around 8:00 am but we check out early because we are going out and our flight is 12:30 a.m., they cannot accomodate late check out that time because they are fully booked so we decided to check out early as 9:00 a.m., we just put our things on the baggage room. Overall the place is near the shopping malls, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Situated within the backlanes of Pratunam. If one is taking a cab or tuk tuk out of hotel to nearby places, always got stuck in jams. If one is fine walking, that is the best mode of transport if you stay there

It's a small boutique hotel right in the middle of Pratunam and near Baiyoke Sky Hotel in a small lane/road but filled with local shops and food and people. Pretty safe. Convenient 5-10 min walk to Pantip Plaza and Platinum Fashion Mall. Faster to walk there through the lane, one straight lane down, than to take the complimentary tuk-tuk by the hotel at times due to the notorious traffic jams. Good thing is the tuk tuk can also pick you up from the malls if you call the hotel and tell them where you are. Staff were friendly and complimentary buffet breakfast was nice as well. Free internet was handy to check emails. They can also book a taxi to the airport at a special rate which was convemient.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Location is abit hard to find and most taxi drivers would not know where is your hotel as it is inside some back alley. But not hard to find if you direct the driver to your hotel once you know which way to turn in. Clean and new room. However room is abit cramped. Overall still pretty worth it at its price.

Had a great stay. Will not hesitate to come again. The service is mainly above average.

It is value for money. Although the room are good enough for couples, it is clean, new and comfy. The free wi-fi is really a come-on for tourists who need easy access to relatives and friends from home. Their vegan buffet breakfast is good and healthy but I suggest that they put more variations to it and serve non-vegan meals on other days so those who are staying for more than 3 days will have variations. Other than my wish for a better location for the hotel (the road to the hotel is crowded), I was satisfied overall and will consider returning. The staff are warm and very helpful. Although most of them are not too good in English, they try their best to help out guests particularly in giving directions to where tourists can go.
