Room service was good. Its a no frill hotel. The staff was friendly and was help full also. | 4/5 | Mr. Lajoie, Saudi Arabia Jan 2012 | | "A home away from home" is the best way to describe the "Citadines Sukhumvit 11' in Bangkok. Our five-day stay, in one of their two-bedroom apartments, was a very pleasant experience. An experience we will likely repeat.
1) - SOI 11 is full of life during the day and after sunset. You will find it all within walking distance, from convenience stores (7-11), to restaurants, bars and establishments that cater to visitors looking for more. The Citadines is near the end of SOI 11, away from Sukhumvit. There were two ATM's right across the street from the Hotel.
2) - The staffs were all very polite and ready to recommend restaurants and tours when we asked them.
3) - The apartment was cleaned every day and bottled water was provided every day as were free tea and coffee. The fitness center, located on the top floor next to the sundeck, was more than adequate for tourists. The laundry room is also up there.
If you like Thai cuisine, you're in luck. The "Chili Culture" restaurant is a three-minute walk from the hotel door.

| 4/5 | Mr. Bowling, Thailand Jul 2011 | | I think this hotel is great value, in a great location near some of Bangkok's best nightlife and Nana BTS. Rooms are perfectly adequate and functional. Even the studios are quite spacious.
