Hotel is in a very good location. It is very near Central World and Big C. It's also walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market and the BTS Chit Lom Station.

The connecting rooms does not have additional toilet, that is, 2 rooms share just 1 toilet. Overall ok with the hotel.

I went there on September 2009 with my aging mother and teenage daughter. I feel safe at the hotel because of the bell boy and staff. They are very warm and friendly and helpful. We actually almost missed our plane home because I see the time wrongly, but the bell boy and staff were more worried than us when we tell him the situation. They really helped us get a taxi asap. Thanks to Bangkok City Inn. We will be back January next year. It is absolutely value for money. The only bad point is that the breakfast does not have much variety.
