Counter Service was lousy, slow, not efficiency and not friendly at all, the room was smelly and along the corridor. Room ventilation is bad.The hotel is over-crowded and not enough staff to handle.

The hotel is just walking distance from train station, siam ocean world, branded and budget shopping areas. Ideal for business, family and newly wed travellers. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous and one enkoys a lot as the breakfast is on 82nd floor giving a birds eye biew of bangkok. It is good value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Very troublesome, need to change lift when going down and the lift waiting time is very long. I wanted to take the highest glass view lift at level 77 but always not operating.

Overall very good, but sometimes you feel them arrogant. The Baiyoke suite staff seems little more relaxed and flexible than Baiyoke Sky. No complaint as such, overall, very good experience of hotel.

This is the first time we stay in this hotel. We took the airport rail to the hotel, paying 40B per person, quite reasonable. The hotel location was really great, easy access to the wholesale market.and other shopping mall. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was with good varieties, value for money. We will book this hotel again in our next visit.

Quite a nice hotel and the rooms are big with an option of using a separate bath tub from the shower.I enjoyed my stay however i nearly regretted booking at the hotel because they do not have a weighing scale for luggage. How do you know you are carrying to the airport the right allowed weight.

We stay in this hotel every time we come to Thailand. So, in total we stayed in Baiyoke Sky 10-15 times already. We like this hotel. The room rates are quite reasonable. The variety of food for breakfast is very good. The location is also good. It is closed to the World Trade Center, but in comparison with other Bangkok hotels we stayed in it is really easy and fast to get to the Airport from Baiyoke Sky, as its location allow you not to be stuck in a traffic jam. The service staff is friendly. When we came to Bangkok this March we met a problem with our booking (we arrived earlier, than it was supposed in our booking), however the hotel staff was rather loyal and helped us to solve this issue without any additional charge.

I requested a higher floor with non-smoking room and I got it. Stayed at 54th floor and the room was spacious, clean and nice view of the city. Location is very good and it's within walking distance to Central world, Erawan Shrine, Siam Paragon, MBK, and other shopping malls. A very nice hotel indeed.

Situated in the middle of pratunum market, walking through the alley, competing with streams of people, motor vehicles and carts selling food and drinkks, to the main road proved to be very challenging, especially with young children in tow. The Hotel was great. We had fun staying there. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only problem we encountered are the drivers of taxis waiting for hotel passengers.. They looked like hotel staffs, thats why we trusted them to bring us to our chosen destination.

Hotel is in an excellent location for shopping in bkk. Travelled with my family and would definately recommend this hotel for families travelling with children. Room's are large and the variety on offer for breakfast suits everyone's needs. We had a late flight leaving bkk and were able to use the hotels swimming pool and shower facilites before leaving for the airport.

1.my bugbear is that our room is on the 44th fl and we have to take the lift to the lobby, which incidently is on the 19th floor and change to another lift to go to the 82nd floor for breakfast, den take this lift back to the 19th floor and change another lift to go down on ground level hmmmm. really inconvenient 2. for a hotel of this size, the swimming pool is a great disappointment 3. the lobby is too small and it seems that the lobby is forever crowded. 4.room is good, beds comfortable, shower clean, carpets clean. Overall good value for money. 5.quite safe, especially you see their staff everywhere and there to guide you through the maze of different lifts.

This hotel is worth every penny...really fantastic view frm the 84th floor..and best its free fr their guests. Rooms is spacious. Theres a 24hour mart whc is really affordable. The Hotel itself its nearby shopping areas & market..Lots of gd bargains. No wonder this hotel is packed with tourist..nice friendly reception & concierge. The hotel has a great location if you are looking to take advantage of Bangkok's great shopping. The hotel itself is spectacular. It is the biggest hotel in Bangkok, however, unfortunetly the rooms did not meet my expectations they were subpar at best. However, the service was friendly and professional.
