We were given rooms at Level 21 because we have been regular hotel guests for years. Bed very comfortable with sufficient amount of cable television channels. However, the toilet is a little dirty tiles but with clean bathtub. My family and I chose to bathe in the bathtub rather than the standing shower because the tiles were very dirty and were a turn-off.

I stayed in the Arnoma Htl in Bangkok from 31/3 to 1/4/12. Thus it's only two nights stay, the htl is fantastic and location is excellent. Very ideal hotel to stay if u are first time in Bangkok. Arnoma hotel is very clean and room are spacious for two person. I will strongly recommend this hotel to ppl going to Bangkok Sandy Yeo

The hotel's location is great. It's walking distance from the train station which is very convenient. It is also walking distance from Big C and Isetan. If you need something, you can just buy it from the malls outside. Our room was also extremely satisfactory. We booked a superior room which looked like a deluxe. It was very spacious. It can actually fit 4 people. Our room has separate bath and shower which is very nice. It was clean. The hotel staff are also very helpful, polite and friendly. They tried their very best to assist you the best way they can. Deltas: The rooms a bit outdated but I can't be bothered by it with all the pluses I had.

Arnoma is in a good location with supermarkets, shopping mall, MRT and Erawan Shrine; all within 5 minutes walk. However, taxi drivers tend to ignore the meter as Arnoma is in traffic jam area. We enjoyed good services at Arnoma, booked 2 rooms. Nice clean spacious rooms. Cable signal is not very clear though and has static on most channels. Would definitely prefer shower head that is attached on flexible hose rather than wall mounted. Good experience and will come back again when it is on promotion.

Arnoma Hotel is clean and very convinent to the shopping centres. My family and I usually stayed at Narai Hotel. However, there was no Thai Suite offered in this year's internet booking.

In general, the hotel is quite good except for the TV programmes are quite limited. Should have more varieties like Chinese, Korea, HongKong, English dramas, movies. etc.
