Hotel room is very spacious. Bathrooms are gigantic with his and her sinks. Buffet breakfast is ok, no complaints except for PRC tourists who have no concept of queuing. The hotel is more serene than festive or hard rock but it is a little further from the main attractions compared to Hard Rock and Festive. However it is right next to Adventure Cove which is useful as you can exit the cove by side gate and be back in your hotel room in 10 mins.

Clean and relaxing environment! Staff are polite but too few to attend when there is a crowd during check in. Captain in the Forest restaurant is attentive and polite. Like the environment Is easily accessible to the water cove park

Overall it is a comfortable hotel with a relaxing environment. The Captain that serves us during breakfast is friendly and even remembers us the next day we went back again. Very attentive to our needs Areas which we think can improve is the check in time us too long Luckily for us, we got a free upgrade in view of the long waiting time.

Beautiful hotel. Convenient. My 3 young sons love to run around in garden of hotel. Room huge. However bed is small and baby cot was unavailable. Hotel breakfast lacks variety. Food was the same for 3 days. Must be prepared to wait to be served. However all in all it was a great experience. Tranquil and peaceful yet near all the action at resort world.
