Mainly met our expectations however breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

The Service Apt is excellent, we stayed in a 2 bedroom and the rooms were excellent as is the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The staff and service was superb, from the front desk to the housekeeping and security staff, all were excellent, helpful and friendly. The only criticism I have is regarding the breakfast. It was atrocious. In 8 days there we (family of 4) could not eat a single bite and the coffee was awful as well. Quite surprised, as this a Far East property and they have massive experience in hotels, apts and restaurants. Plan on preparing your own or having outside and you will be very happy.
