Dinner is served at a long table in a nice and convivial family atmosphere. Calou serves an exquisite international and traditional cuisine, basically with fresh fish prepared in a blend of flavours and savours obtained from fresh local spices; its no doubt the kind of exotic menus required to honour our guests’ taste and to compensate for the energy they enthusiastically spend the day long, enjoying the sea and the sun at Anse Source d’Argent, Grand-Anse, Anse Coco and other fine beaches of La Digue.
