1st Room: glass so dirty I actually wrote "wash me" in the dust, 4 days later, it was still there. Mold on the shower mat (top and bottom). Notified the front desk about 3 times, nothing was done. Was transferred after an overpowering varnish smell made my eyes water and front desk manager came to the room.
2nd Room: Mold on the shower matt, everyday, never cleaned. Room flooded, water coming from the electrical outlets and ceiling lights.
3rd room: smaller than what I paid for..mold on shower mat. Was in this room before being transferred to the same style room that I paid for.
4th room: was here about 3 minutes when I seen two cockroaches, killed one and called front desk manager. Was told I would be moved back to the smaller room I just came from... 2 hours later it finally happened..2am
3rd room (again): standard room even though charged for suite... told I would be given credit but it never happened
5th room: was upgraded to better room.. shower mat finally without mold.
Have video of the flood and pictures of everything else... will be uploading these to youtube when I get the chance
Buffet... terrible at best... states buffet closes at 10 but the give last call at 9:30... at about 9:35 80% of the food was gone... no embellishment..what was left was cold and dry... gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again... came when it opened and was not bad...however my 3rd visit was my last, again empty and cold.
Hotel gave me certificate for two free nights before June 17, 2012...
Been staying in manila over 10 years... worst hotel I have even been in anyplace... not just worst in manila, worst ANYPLACE.
Elevator doesn't work about 30% of the time... not even the front desk could get it to accept my key card... one of the three actually worked all the time.
Carpet is torn, wallpaper is peeling... shocking to know this is a fairly new hotel.

I was able to check in quickly, get all the information I needed regarding WiFi and local amenities (including access to the pool and fitness room) answered. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and a dvd player that I was able to play my dvd's from home on. The bathroom was roomy and the tub/shower was very inviting.
