Repeat visit to this hotel. The hotel is sensibly priced. Rooms, staff, everything tick all the boxes for a practical choice of accommodation while we are in Manila to attend to matters that can't be handled from abroad.

This is our 4th stay in this hotel. We were surprised to find they had revamped/remodeled their breakfast menu. It's now a lot better than before. Plus it's on the 33rd floor so there are great views to be seen. Unlike before, it was on the street level which we found annoying and the food then was lackluster. A nice little gem of a hotel in the city. The only thing they ought to change are the keys. They're the only ones that still use old-fashioned keys instead of keycards. Heavy and clunky to say the least.

Hotel location is good, just right behind megamall & podium. Quite easy to get a taxi specially non peak hour (Hotel staff normally assist in getting you one). Surrounding looks safe. My standard deluxe room was very spacious (35 sqm) and importantly, very clean! Nothing special with their breakfast. Good service! Tip: Hotel charges 1500 pesos for one way airport transfer. I flag a cab from there to airport, it was non peak hour, took us half an hour to reach airport and cost me not more than 200 pesos! Overall: I will come back to this hotel!

The hotel location is in the heart of everything ! There are shopping malls a few steps away! If you like to shop this is the place to stay!! The staff was friendly and the service was excellent! My room was very clean and it provided me with a kitchen which was a complete accommodation . Definately a return to this hotel! The area is situated in a business, district which make it clean!
