The Hotel was ok, but it is a little outdated. The service was good as well as the ameneties that goes with it.

On the whole, the hotel was very nice and the service was excellent. I especially liked the breakfasts. The rooms need to be better maintained. The light socket near the desk didn't work. There was a leak in the ceiling that was promptly fixed when I brought it to the hotel's attention and there was no further problem. The elevators were often very SLOW. There was no place to sit or wait on the ground floor. The pool needs better lighting, especially at night.

The hotel has spacious rooms. The staff at the front desk and room service are very courteous and location is just perfect since it's connected to a popular mall. The breakfast buffet is just the same as other hotels in its class however, I noticed that the cook at the egg station has a bit of an attitude. Just my observation. Generally, it was a very pleasant stay, I will be definitely back at this hotel.
