The location is excellent - very near malls and bars.
The place didn't disappoint, but somehow the service did.
I checked in late around 9:00 PM. There was much happening in the front desk except for some inquiring family but it took a lot of time for my check-in process - considering mine was pre-paid already. Add to that, I was not even assisted to my room, they just gave me my key card; maybe I was just used to hotels staff showing me where my room was.
The room I had was very nice, clean and it has a good view of the city. Loved the buffet breakfast. THE FACT THAT ON ONE OF THE DAYS LIGHTS/ELECTRCITY WENT OUT AT NIGHT 12 AM - 3PM including air conditioning which is required in manila at specially when sleeping (INCLUDING THE ELEVATORS) and FOR WHAT WAS JUSTIFIED AS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WAS RIDICULOUS.
The play room was very very good my son enjoyed every moment there.
And was a saving grace for the days Manila totally shut down for 2 days of easter.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a family setting and where they know you on a first name basis and actually care to get things done to your expectations to what is in their capacity.
