It is a condotel so the presence of a dining table, small kitchen, refrigerator were a big plus. The breakfast room was a big disappointment, though. Although located on the 52nd floor where the (unfinished) swimming pools are, it did not command a nice view of the city. The room, furniture and decoration were so simple, basic, unattractive- it was not the best place to start a new day. One got everything one needs for breakfast, but nothing spectacular.
The condotel is not yet finished, construction was going on the whole day, so it was very noisy. This was made worse by the construction workers shouting and talking to each other at the top of their voices. I stayed in the lobby for a while hoping to finish some paper works, do some reading and just to while away the time peacefully but I had to leave to a nearby quiet restaurant because I could not stand the loud voices.
The staff were friendly and helpful, though.
The location is very, very perfect. Right across the road is the main entrance to Mega Mall A and on the other side is another nice mall, the Podium.
