Bayview Park is the best 3 star we have stayed in, probably deserves a higher rating. We requested a room with a view to the bay and that's what we got as promised. Our 'Superior Room 'was spotlessly cleaned everyday of our 11 days. Buffet breakfast had good choice of foods. All staff from reception to door & cleaning staff were exceptional. Very professionally run Hotel. Also the location is great, you can walk to many places close by for food or shopping mall & Ocean Park or short taxi ride to MOA & central Manila. Loved our stay at the Bayview, we will be in Manila again in a few months and will be staying here again. Best value around. I didn't have a hard time getting a cab, but be careful though, as some cab drivers charge exhorbitant fixed rate to nearby destinations. The room assigned to me was newly furnished and didn't have any smell of cigarettes, though lighting was bit dimmed.
