New World Hotel Makati (formerly Renaissance Makati) 5 stars

Excellent. Going to Stay at this hotel again period.

It was our first ever family hotel trip and what a memorable one. My kids loved it - when they are happy, I'm happy too. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean. The place was accessible to Greenbelt, Glorietta and Landmark. If I may suggest an improvement, I just hope that there will be a kids-friendly play area. We will surely go back there in our next trip to Manila. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Staff are very friendly, courteous, & smiles all the time. Room is regular but is clean. Food is excellent!

The hotel was very accommodatng. We requested a queen size bed, however none were available when we checked in. We were moved the next day to meet our needs. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help us out.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at New World Makati on our first visit to the Philippines. We felt very safe here, security checks everyone before entering the hotel lobby. The service was excellent, staff courteous & very friendly. The lobby vast & sparking clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning which was included in our room rate. They have a good selection of western & asian foods. The fruits were very fresh. They make tropical smoothies, mangoe, pineapple, papaya, etc., a must try! We were able to get free wifi in lobby & restaurant area. It is in a prime location in Makati, walking distance to a lot of restraurants & right accross Greenbelt shopping centre. We'll definitely stay here again on our return trip.

Location of hotel was really great! just across greenbelt 3... room was spacious... bathroom was spacious too... hotel staff were extremely nice! breakfast buffet was diverse ... Overall, stay was superb!

The staff at this hotel couldnt do enough for you and they were really polite. The hotel is opposite the Greenbelt Mall where there are excellent shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also very good they cater for every taste. There is a small gym and also a fair size pool on the 4th floor and plenty of sun beds to realx on. I would recommend if you are going to Manilla

Just the bar fridge could be bigger, but otherwise everything was excellent. The gym and pool were great and it was fantastic to be so close to Greenbelt, Glorietta and Landmark. Service was courteous and friendly.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Location is outstanding, being directly across the street from the Ayala Greenbelt complex. Facilities are top notch for Manila with great outdoor pool and an outstanding gym. Overall, this is one of the top three hotels in Manila in my opinion.

Great location right in the "Green belt" shopping zone. Security checks that taxi's turn on their meters as they exit - nice touch. Rooms are a bit tired and in need of upgrading but staff are very friendly and breakfast selection is the best in town.

Pulling up to the New World Hotel Makati, you know you're at a 5 star hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was large, open, and light. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet, and the food very good, with excellent staff. The pool was large and relaxing, with once again, excellent staff. The room was nice, with separate bath tub and shower. Being right across the road from Greenbelt 3 and within walking distance from Glorietta Mall makes the location of the hotel excellent. I will definitely be staying at the New World Hotel again in the future.

The hotel has a very good location midden in the shopping area of Makati. The value for money is excellent.

The restaurants were great! The M2M restaurant features a buffet at lunch and dinner that has different types of cuisine including Dim Sum, Tex-Mex, and Western favorites. During my stay they had a special station devoted to Indian food and the Chicken Tikka Masala was fantastic. The Jasmine restaurant features Chinese food. The hot and sour soup was some of the best I have ever tasted.

My stay in this hotel was very pleasant and nice.Location was good and shopping to Greenbelt was just across the hotel.I'll be back again in Manila on Dec.and will be staying in this hotel again with my family. I was in Kuala Lumpur in early Jan.and stayed in Renaissance-Kuala Lumpur too.For the price of USD130.00 i got upgraded to the Club Room and enjoyed the Club Level facilities too there.

Very convenient location for shopping but travelling from the place is a bit of nightmare during peak hours. The breakfast is more of a brunch with much to select!

I'm not sure if you have taxi/car facilities for the disabled people. I haven't seen much ramps for people on wheelchair specially at the ground floor and swimming pool. The staff are polite, caring and helpful. The location is great specially it's opposite Greenbelt, Landmark and Gloriettas.

The staff are pleasant, helpful and courteous. Room, passageway, lobby and other areas within the hotel are clean. Gives the feeling of being at home. Comfortable to be there.

This is a delighful hotel, and we couldn't have been happier with it. Close to everything and they gave us a beautiful view room on a high floor. The breakfast is more like a brunch: quite expensive & delicious. I highly recommend it!

My favorite hotel in Manila. Biggest pool.

It was a really good experiece and good customer service, especially when my companion cannot come for the breakfast and they let me brought somethng to the room and on my departure day as it was early morning they let me have early breakfast in the room.
