Centrally located in the Makati Greenbelt it sports a lovely swimming pool, excellent gym (though I saw it I didn't use it). The dining experience is very good. The menu is varied (breakfast) and plentiful. The evening restaurant service is delightful.
I did find the new art work in the foyer rather puzzling. Can't really get it and I have tried to appreciate it. Refurbishing still being undertaken when I left.
The staff are very helpful and extremely courteous. Housekeeping is very good as indeed the concierges.
The room was well appointed and the bathroom spacious.
The cafe's outside decking overlooking the fishpond was a haven for smokers. The service was excellent.
I had only two gripes:
the cost attached to WIFI (throughout) when in most hotels its free
the cost of laundering clothes was rather high I felt.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean. The place was accessible to Greenbelt, Glorietta and Landmark. If I may suggest an improvement, I just hope that there will be a kids-friendly play area. We will surely go back there in our next trip to Manila.
