This hotel is located about 5 to 10 mins off of the heart of Makati. The hotel is right beside the flyover from Bicutan and South Express way, it was really confusing to reach this hotel as Arnaiz St. (former Pasong Tamo) has some one way streets. The room we stayed in had no window/s so it was a bit iffy with regards to fire and other eventualities with regards to escape routes. We asked to be moved to a room where there was window/s and unfortunately it was not granted. I felt that this place is more of a motel or a "glorified hotel" as you will observe, especially at night lovers of all sorts would check in for "short time" but you get what you pay for. The breakfast buffet was also limited in space and food, as they were cooking in the lobby area and had little, to no ventilation, so you would see the smoke in the lobby from what was being cooked or you can say the aroma would stick to your clothes ;)... All in all this hotel is recommended for the budget conscious travelers, that just wants a place to crash at night and to keep their suitcases. The security team, I would say has an excellent grasps of the place as we left our laptops and valuables in our room and it was never stolen. The front desk personnel needs to be properly trained to be more customer oriented rather than just doing business which I found was lacking there of. Would we go back to this hotel? Unfortunately not......

In particular, "Melanie", "Joselyn" and "Other Staff" were very helpful and deserve a great deal of praise for their excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with my Eurotel Makati, and will happily be a return guest in the future. Hotel staff was very helpful, prompt and friendly. This review would not be complete to not comment on the free breakfast. To wake up to a breakfast buffet, i loved the corned beef hash!

yes room was small the food was ok for the filipinos not to good for the english right on the main road stayed twice both times very quiet but you get what you pay for if you want every thing to be top notch and excellent pay top prices if not dont complain will be using the hotel every time i return to the philippines staff was absolutely wonderfull very helpfull
