Hotel Overview

Residencia Boracay Beach Front Hotel is formerly known as Residencia Tirol and Residencia de Boracay. It is located at Boracay Boat Station 1, Pina-ungon, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines. It is designed to provide a relaxing retreat away from the crowds of Boracay White Beach. Residencia Boracay Resort is privately-owned with a fully-secured guarded beach front resort. Construction of the main Residencia building fronting the beach was finished in April 2008. Note:There will be a seventy five pesos (Php75.00) per person Environmental Fee and one hundred pesos (Php 100.00) per person Terminal Fee to be paid at the Caticlan Jetty Port upon arrival. And another one hundred pesos (Php 100.00) per person Terminal Fee at the Cagban Jetty port. The charges shall be under personal account.

Residencia Boracay has fourteen (14) De Luxe rooms. They are located on the 1st to 3rd floors of Residencia's main building, which is 50 meters away from the beach. De Luxe rooms are very spacious and have two (2) double beds which are good for two (2) guests up to a maximum of four (4) guests.

Residencia Boracay has two (2) De Luxe Select rooms which are located on the 3rd floor of the main building. De Luxe Select rooms have their own veranda with a view of the beach and an outdoor sitting area. These spacious rooms are good for couples, small families, or for a small group of friends. Two (2) guests up to a maximum of four (4) persons may occupy a De Luxe Select room.

The Super De Luxe rooms are Residencia's premium rooms. The hotel has two (2) Super De Luxe rooms which are located on the 2nd floor of Residencia Boracay's main buiding. The rooms have verandas with a view of the sea and an outdoor sitting area. The spacious rooms have two (2) Queen-sized beds. Their bathroom toilets are separated from the shower area by a divider. Super De Luxe rooms are good for two (2) guests up to a maximum of six (6) guests.

Superior rooms are Residencia Boracay's most affordable and cheap accommodation, with clean air-conditioned rooms, their own bathrooms and drying area for your wet clothes. The Superior rooms are located behind Residencia's main building, around 100 meters away from the beach and 50 meters away from the main road entrance. These rooms are good for two (2) guests and may be booked for up to three (3) persons.
