Between station boat 1 and boat 2. Boracay is located at the northern tip of Panay province and is about an hour and a half via Caticlan and three hours via Kalibo from Manila. Philippine Airlines (PAL), Air Philippines and Cebu Pacific fly daily to Kalibo, then airconditioned buses or private car transfers you to Caticlan Wharf where you board a motorized native banca that will bring you to the resort. Other airlines like Philippine Airlines fly from Cebu to Kalibo. Regular flights direct to Caticlan are provided by smaller airlines like Asian Spirit, Air Ads and Pacific Airways.
The most popular tourists’ attractions of Boracay are: Mount Luho: This is the highest peak of this island with a height of 100 m above the sea level. Bat Caves: Located on the north East coast of Yapak it is the home of cave bats and the giant fruit bats. Dead Forest: The hundreds of dead plants of this forest make it look haunted. The landscaped silhouette formed by this forest is worth watching. The Kar-Tir Shell Museum:This museum has the most wonderful collection of art works made of shells.
