Punta Rosa was created out of that love, as a private home intended for the family. The initial six storey home was built in just six months and in complete secrecy. Designed to complement the natural slope of the island’s unique rises, the owner explained to his children that business called for more frequent out of town meetings and trips. In reality, he was busy traveling back and forth to thi[+]s seven kilometer stretch of white and rich blue skies to oversee the fever pitch creation of his six storey surprise. Note:There will be a seventy five pesos (Php75.00) per person Environmental Fee and one hundred pesos (Php 100.00) per person Terminal Fee to be paid at the Caticlan Jetty Port upon arrival. And another one hundred pesos (Php 100.00) per person Terminal Fee at the Cagban Jetty port. The charges shall be under personal account.
