When we arrived, they instantly give us a welcome viucher for us to claim at their bar. Next, the check in is smooth and fast and the front office staff even assist us to get to the room and somehow brief us. The room needs a little revamp as it already getting old needless to say that we book at deluxe seaview room hoping that this will be a refurbished room.. The location is good esp for those people really looking for a beachfront rooms and those who are D'mall fanatics... Just an added note.. We have been beaten by a lot of mosquitos when were inside the room and inform their front desk.. Not sure if they really clean it properly because when we finish going to d'mall mosquitoes are everywhere provided we didn't even open our balcony... Wish they will somehow fix this problem but overall we enjoy the location and breakfast

Great service, considerate on the guests' need, even with the outgoing ones, highly accommodating, restaurant crews are courteous and service oriented, hotel ambiance is relaxing. food is great. would definitely come back in the future.

It was our first time to stay on Boracay and in the Mandarin. We had a great holiday, not only because of the famous Boracay beach but also because of the Mandarin hotel. A nice things was that we were upgraded to a premium room free of charge. When we go back to Boracay we definitely will stay at the Mandarin again.
