Very nice location to unwind, just 7 kms to city proper. Quiet and relaxing place. Thought the hotel rooms deserve to be restored or improve since the place is really great. A very nice vacation spot for the family who loves bonding since it has an indoor badminton and tennis court, volleyball and basketball court, billiard hall with 6 pool tables, 3 ping-pong tables, indoor olympic size swimming pool and bowling lanes. Sad to say that a recent storm hit the place hard. The swimming pool and bowling areas are un-available at the time we spend our stay. Hope to see a fully functional amenities, freshen up hotel rooms and more visitors there next time to generate income to spend on restoration.

It's best for those who prefer to stay in a quiet place away from the city. It's cooler than the center of Baguio as it is located on top of a plateau. Fogs were common throughout the day during our stay. It got a nice view of Mt. Sto. Tomas. It's a bit old though, so expect to hear creaking sounds and footsteps from your room.
The Hotel was good but far outside the City, the taxi did hardly find it. Early morning transportation (we took a bus 6 am to Sagada) to bus-station must be arranged by the tourist because at this time is no taxi available. The Guard just called the gate but nothing happened. Luckily we took the number of a taxi-driver the day before, otherwise we had missed the bus. The facilities are good, the restaurant just soso. Better to bring the own food to the hotel.
It was holy week and almost all of the nice hotels in Baguio are already fully booked, its a good thing I was able to book this hotel last minute before I almost ended up booking a transient house. The rate was very cheap so I was'nt expecting too much, I really taught that it was located in a very remote and scary place in Baguio but I was wrong-Location was perfect, but be sure you have your own vehicle. It is far from the city center but thats the best thing about it--peace and quite, nice views, fresh air and very cool climate. It used to be a country club so there are a lot of facilities to enjoy like their air hockey tables and bowling lanes. Though a bit old, rental rates are cheap. There are no elevators,no phone,no aircons nor fans(but you would'nt need it).The hotel rooms' building is made mostly of wood, so one can easily hear people walking in the hallway.Rooms and bathroom are already dated but clean, hot water for coffee/tea is provided for free. Nice picnic area and playground for kids outside, ample parking space. If your not too choosy and would just want to relax and feel the old Baguio, then this hotel is for you.I'd come back here anytime especially if I don't want to spend too much for my hotel.
Located at Marcos Highway, a 10 minute drive to Session Road and Burnham Park. The hotel sits at the top of a hill, which is a few degrees colder than downtown Baguio. The staff and reception are nice, the rooms are quite small and the walls are very receptive to sound and vibrations coming from the corridor and adjacent rooms. But would definitely come back just for its climate!
