Helpful and simple English speaking hotel staff, including door men and security guards. They can even guide you the directions to places I wanted to go. Newly renovated hotel so everything is almost new and clean. Hot showers, smooth electricity supply and friendly staff. Except some ants crawling around. A variety of cable tv channels, great. Nice view at breakfast lounge looking towards shwedagon pagoda. Limited breakfast choices but still acceptable standard. They provide additional service such as laundry at reasonable charges and ironing board FOC, ideal for business people on long trips.
