Maximum occupancy per room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child (Under 12 Years). Confirmation of bookings for stays less than 3 nights will be subject to availability of combined return seaplane transfers.

Standard check in time of the resorts is 14.00 hrs & and check out time of the resort is 12.00 hrs

Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.

Peak Season (24thy December – 10th January inclusive)
A minimum of 10 nights stay is required for bookings falling over this period.
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
