Rates are applicable to all markets except Italy, Spain, & United Kingdom.
Room rates are based on per room per night with breakfast.
Rates are
NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.

Room Occupancy:
The room with maximum 3 occupants can accommodate either 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
The official check in time is from
1400hrs on the scheduled arrival date. Check out time is
1200hrs
Transfers to & from the Resort – Speedboat (Airport / Resort / Airport)
Adult – Euro 85.00, Child – Euro 52.50, Infant – Complimentary
At arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at EUR10 per person.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancelation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by the resort on or before the release period as stated in this agreement. If written notice is not received within the time limit stated, the resort reserves the right to charge as follows.

- A minimum of 7 nights stay is required for bookings falling over this period.
- For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge. www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment.
