Terms and Conditions:
Room rates are based on per room per night inclusive of Breakfast only.
Rates are
NETT inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax.
Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.

Room Occupancy:
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults.
Extra bedding: existing day bed, rollaway or baby cot (subject to supplement )
Check-in & Check-out time:
The official check-in time is after 14:00hrs and check-out is at 12:00hrs
Transfers to & from the Resort – Speedboat:
Speedboat transfer is arranged according to the given international flight details.
At arrival and departures mandatory meet and greet service is arranged at US$10 per person.
Iternational flight arrival times must be informed to us at least 7 days prior to arrival. All changes within 7 days will be considered if they can be combined with other arrivals. Alternatively a private transfer can be arranged. Boat transfers will be arranged according to the client’s arrival and departure time. Except for private transfers Short waiting periods may occur to combine several passengers on the same boat.
Cancellation Policy except Peak Season:
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee.
Peak Season (20th December 2008 – 10th January 2009 inclusive)
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge. Cancellation within 50 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged for 100% cancellation fee
www.asiatravel.com reserves the right to debit from your credit card the charge for the full length of stay as imposed by the hotel in the event of any cancellation and/or amendment.
