The front desk service is great. We booked twin sharing room for two adults and one child and requested for king size bed. The hotel front desk gave us one king size bed with one single bed without any charges. Housekeeping and Restaurant need improvement. We asked for extra bathrobe, but the housekeeping never send to our room. For buffet breakfast, you need to queue for very long time just wait for an omelet and finally I give up. They have one bar counter prepare fresh vegetables juice, but you get surprise when you see the staff already blended the vegetables and put in the individual bottle. They just mixed it according to what the guest wants. This is the so-called fresh vegetable juice.

Overall a nice business and holiday hotel. For a RM300 per night rate, should be more generous with newspaper selection (for English paper, only The Sun which is free paper is available) and free internet/wifi.

The hotel check in counter took quite a while for them to verify the details. It could be due to the staff being new in her job. Other than that, the service is good and the breakfast has a wide range of food. The hotel is very clean and it has a nice view. It's a walking distance to nearby shopping malls. It's also 15min walk to joker street. Slow walk will take about 25min. Overall it's a nice experience.

check in was smooth considering that we arrived on the eve of a public holiday i.e Deepavali..Was greeted by a warm sincere front office officer, Hafiz who was accomodating,informative aka conceirge.Thanks to him I had to drive my wife to an eatery called Asam Pedas claypot at 12AM!!hahaha good time spent.Room was superb on the 20th floor facing Melaka town.Bed was very comfortable indeed..the baby cot was transferred to our room in a jiffy after our room transfer as we upgraded.Location to the shopping mall and historic sites are within walking distance..so it was a great stay for us.Checkout was very smooth either and Azril the porter who was very friendly who ensured that we have all our belongings before setting off.

The hotel is good, service is good too...but when we check in we already request for 2 king size bed but they only give us 1 room double bed and 1 room king size infront of the beach...its fine with me..the food is nice too..
