| 2/5 | Ms. Debbie koh and Goh choose sen, Singapore Jan 2012 | | First, have u heard of having to wait half an hour for shower heater to heat up? well, Parkroyal Svs suite staff advised me to do just that. I just arrived at KL airport n was caught in traffic jam for close to 2h. was around 10pm and had a rash when I needed to shower. The mechanic checked but the water was just warm and it turned quite cold 5min later. terrible. no offer to change a room with good working water heater and totally unsympathetic towards my rash.
Did i mention I got my rash only after I stepped into the Svs suite? the whole place was still filled and smelt of renovation n dust. and I got the rash there and then. Next, my hubby wanted to wear the robe before bed. there was footprint mark on the front of the neatly folded robe!!! no basic toiletry amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
The walk to pavilion mall was near but not very safe to walk
through to reach it. But the concierge and reception staff were the most helpful in providing maps and directions for us. thank you.
