I have been patronizing Crown Regency since many years now. It has been a great experience. However, I would strongly suggest that the hotel upgrade their toilets as it looks rather run down and bath tub probably needs to be changed(rather yellowish). I stayed in Room 606. There's issues with the flushing system and I reported. Fortunately, my handy husband managed to rectify it. There's algae at the brim of the water tank(try open it). I also think that the living room will look more classy if it is fully carpeted.

Recently renovated so the apartments, although fairly basic, are nevertheless a very good size, well laid out and now at a higher level of comfort than before. Very convenient for nightlife and also restaurants, and within walking distance of KLCC and good shopping. Very good value for money as well.
